Miglino y Abogados es uno de los estudios jurídicos más influyentes de la Argentina. Integrado por un equipo de abogados y consultores, actualmente es dirigido por el Dr. Javier Miglino, abogado por la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) y especialista en Derechos Humanos. Fundado en 1945, el bufete desarrolla tareas de consultoría, sondeos de opinión pública, relevamientos de precios e informes sobre la realidad económica y social de la Argentina.

En el plano social, el Dr. Javier Miglino es ampliamente conocido por presidir las organizaciones no gubernamentales Defendamos Buenos Aires y Defendamos la Argentina. Desde estas entidades sin fines de lucro, creadas en julio de 2005 y julio de 2015, respectivamente, el estudio y su equipo brindan asesoramiento legal e impulsan denuncias sobre temas de interés público, entre ellos la inflación y la seguridad ciudadana. Entre sus campañas más conocidas figuran las alertas sobre "la mafia de los trapitos", fenómeno cuya erradicación en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires se produjo tras años de denuncias; el "oro manchado con sangre de la calle Libertad", referido al presunto comercio de oro robado durante más de cinco décadas; los "celulares manchados con sangre" de la avenida Pueyrredón y los "repuestos de autos manchados con sangre" comercializados en la avenida Warnes.

El 2 de mayo de 2012, el Dr. Javier Miglino fundó la Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras, dedicada a la prevención y concientización sobre el acoso escolar.

En los últimos años, y sobre la base de más de dos décadas de experiencia periodística, Miglino y Abogados participó, junto con otras empresas, en la creación del Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH, iniciativa que ha alcanzado una amplia repercusión internacional.

Founded in 1945, the firm provides consulting services, public opinion surveys, price monitoring and reports on Argentina's economic and social reality.

In the social sphere, Dr. Javier Miglino is widely recognized as the president of the non-governmental organizations Defendamos Buenos Aires and Defendamos la Argentina. Through these non-profit organizations, established in July 2005 and July 2015 respectively, the firm and its team provide legal assistance and promote public-interest complaints on issues including inflation and public safety. Among its best-known initiatives are the alerts concerning the "parking attendants' mafia," a phenomenon that was eventually eliminated in the City of Buenos Aires after years of complaints; the "blood-stained gold of Libertad Street," referring to the alleged trade in stolen gold for more than five decades; the "blood-stained cell phones" sold along Pueyrredón Avenue; and the "blood-stained auto parts" marketed in Warnes Avenue.

On May 2, 2012, Dr. Javier Miglino founded the World Organization Bullying Without Borders, dedicated to preventing and raising awareness about school bullying.

In recent years, drawing on more than two decades of journalistic experience, Miglino y Abogados joined other companies in creating the JMH International Consortium of Journalists, an initiative that has achieved broad international recognition.

「ミグリーノ・イ・アボガドス」は、アルゼンチンで最も影響力のある法律事務所の一つである。弁護士とコンサルタントで構成され、現在はブエノスアイレス大学（UBA）卒業の弁護士であり、人権問題の専門家であるハビエル・ミグリーノ博士が代表を務めている。1945年に設立され、コンサルティング業務、世論調査、価格調査、ならびにアルゼンチンの経済・社会情勢に関する報告書の作成を行っている。

社会活動の分野では、ミグリーノ博士は非営利団体「デフェンダモス・ブエノスアイレス」と「デフェンダモス・ラ・アルヘンティーナ」の代表として広く知られている。2005年7月および2015年7月に設立されたこれらの団体を通じて、法律相談を提供するとともに、インフレや治安など公共の利益に関わる問題について告発や提言を行っている。代表的な取り組みには、「違法駐車誘導員マフィア」に対する長年の告発、「リベルタ通りの血に染まった金」とされる盗難金取引の問題、「プエイレドン通りの血に染まった携帯電話」、さらに「ワルネス通りの血に染まった自動車部品」の販売実態に関する警鐘などが含まれる。

2012年5月2日、ミグリーノ博士は、いじめ防止と啓発活動を目的とする世界組織「Bullying Without Borders（Bullying Sin Fronteras）」を設立した。

近年では、20年以上にわたる報道活動の経験を基盤として、ミグリーノ・イ・アボガドスは複数の企業とともにJMH国際ジャーナリスト・コンソーシアムの設立に参画し、その活動は国際的に幅広い反響を得ている。
