El crimen de Álex en Sueca ha dado un nuevo giro el día de hoy. The Álex murder case in Sueca took a new turn today.

El titular del Juzgado de la Plaza número cuatro de la Sección Civil y de Instrucción del Tribunal de Instancia de Sueca, autorizó la reconstrucción de los hechos con la presencia del presunto asesino, quien ha sido conducido desde prisión al inmueble de la calle Trinquet Vell de Sueca que hoy luce con terribles pintadas, bajo fuertes medidas de seguridad.

¿Cómo murió Álex?

El niño de trece años murió asesinado con un bate de béisbol y acuchillado hasta la muerte por el padre de su amigo el 24 de enero de 2026. El día de hoy ha regresado al escenario de su crimen, la vivienda de la calle Trinquet Vell de Sueca donde vivía con su hijo mayor, para tratar de aclarar algunos aspectos del relato de lo ocurrido aquella tarde. Juan Francisco M. F. se ha mostrado colaborador desde el primer momento, cuando se entregó en el cuartel de la Guardia Civil de Sueca y confesó el asesinato: «Ponedme las esposas que he matado a un chico».

El asesino admite su crimen:

Fuentes ligadas a la investigación confirmaron al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH que Juan Francisco M. F. ha vuelto a relatar que estaba viendo un partido de fútbol cuando vio pasar al amigo de su hijo, que estaba jugando al ordenador con este en una habitación próxima al salón, y sin motivo alguno, insiste en que ni él mismo lo sabe, lo siguió al baño, cogió el bate de béisbol y lo golpeó. Lo siguiente que recuerda es verse ya con las manos ensangrentadas cuando su hijo lo sorprende y le reprende por su acción. En ese momento, según su versión, vuelve a ser consciente y coge a su hijo y se lo lleva a casa de sus padres, antes de entregarse, como ha explicado tanto a la Guardia Civil. También señala que pensó en suicidarse arrojándose al río.

The presiding judge of Sueca’s Court of First Instance and Instruction (Civil and Investigative Section) authorized a reenactment of the events attended by the alleged killer. Under heavy security, the suspect was transported from prison to the property on Calle Trinquet Vell in Sueca—a building now defaced by disturbing graffiti.

How did Álex die?

The thirteen-year-old boy was murdered on January 24, 2026, beaten with a baseball bat and stabbed to death by his friend's father. Today, the suspect returned to the scene of the crime—the home on Calle Trinquet Vell where he lived with his eldest son—to help clarify details regarding what happened that afternoon. Juan Francisco M. F. has been cooperative from the very beginning; he turned himself in at the Sueca Civil Guard barracks and confessed to the murder, saying, "Handcuff me; I’ve killed a boy."

The killer admits to the crime:

Sources close to the investigation confirmed to the JMH International Consortium of Journalists that Juan Francisco M. F. recounted how he was watching a soccer match when he saw his son's friend walk by. The friend had been playing computer games with the suspect's son in a room near the living room. For no apparent reason—he insists even he does not know why—he followed the boy into the bathroom, grabbed a baseball bat, and struck him. The next thing he remembers is seeing his bloodied hands just as his son walked in and confronted him over his actions. At that moment, according to his account, he snapped back to reality; he took his son to his parents' house before turning himself in—an explanation he also gave to the Civil Guard. He also noted that he had considered committing suicide by throwing himself into the river.
