ブエノスアイレス州メダノスにある被害者の別荘で開かれた集まりの最中に17歳の少女を集団レイプしたとして、男7人に禁錮7年の判決が言い渡された。

裁判所は、被告らに対し、陰茎による膣内挿入を伴う性的虐待の共同実行犯として有罪判決を下した。

この事件は2017年11月、当時17歳だった被害者の別荘で開かれた誕生日パーティーの最中に発生した。

検察によると、被告らは罰ゲーム付きのトランプ遊びを提案し、ルールを知らなかった被害者の女性は繰り返し負けることになった。

ゲームの一環として彼女がプールから上がった際、被告らは彼女の服を隠し、敷地内にばらまいた。友人が彼女を助けようとしたものの、被告らは彼女を友人から引き離し、ある部屋へと連れ込んだ。部屋に入ると彼らはドアを閉めて明かりを消し、少なくとも2人のメンバーが関与する形で性的虐待が行われた。

被害者の悲鳴を聞いた友人がドアを叩き、警察に通報すると警告したことで、この状況は中断された。正式な告訴は2020年までなされず、時間の経過やその後のパンデミックの影響により、事態の解明や手続きはより困難なものとなった。

Siete hombres fueron condenados a siete años de prisión por la violación grupal de una joven de 17 años, ocurrida durante una reunión celebrada en la casaquinta de la víctima en Médanos, Provincia de Buenos Aires. Seven men were sentenced to seven years in prison for the gang rape of a 17-year-old girl, which took place during a gathering at the victim's country house in Médanos, Buenos Aires Province.

El Tribunal consideró a los acusados como coautores del delito de abuso sexual con acceso carnal.

Los hechos ocurrieron en noviembre de 2017 durante un cumpleaños en la casaquinta de la víctima, que entonces tenía 17 años.

Según la acusación fiscal, los imputados propusieron un juego de cartas con prendas en el que la joven perdió repetidamente por desconocer las reglas.

Tras salir de un estanque como parte del juego, le ocultaron la ropa y la distribuyeron por el predio. Mientras una amiga intentaba ayudarla, la separaron del grupo y la condujeron a una habitación. Una vez dentro, cerraron la puerta, apagaron la luz y se produjo el abuso, con participación de al menos dos personas del grupo.

La intervención de la amiga, quien golpeó la puerta y amenazó con llamar a la policía ante los gritos, interrumpió la situación. La denuncia se radicó recién en 2020, lo que implicó mayores dificultades por el paso del tiempo y la posterior pandemia.

Seven men were sentenced to seven years in prison for the gang rape of a 17-year-old girl, which took place during a gathering at the victim's country house in Médanos, Buenos Aires Province.

The court found the defendants guilty as co-perpetrators of the crime of sexual abuse involving penile-vaginal penetration.

The incident occurred in November 2017 during a birthday party at the country house of the victim, who was 17 at the time.

According to the prosecution, the defendants proposed a card game involving forfeits, in which the young woman repeatedly lost because she did not know the rules.

After she emerged from a pool as part of the game, they hid her clothes and scattered them across the property. While a friend tried to help her, they separated her from the group and led her into a room. Once inside, they closed the door, turned off the light, and the abuse took place, involving at least two members of the group.

The situation was interrupted by the intervention of the friend, who banged on the door and threatened to call the police upon hearing the victim's screams. The formal complaint was not filed until 2020, creating greater difficulties due to the passage of time and the subsequent pandemic.
