A Colombian man was shot and killed by ICE in Biddeford, Maine.

BIDDEFORD, MAINE. July 13 — JMH International Consortium of Journalists

Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has killed again in Biddeford, Maine. According to the official account, the driver of a white car accelerated when faced with agents and was shot dead. The driver has been identified only as a 26-year-old Colombian man.

The victim was 26 years old. He was approached this morning by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents under circumstances that are currently under investigation.

A neighbor confirmed the events:

Lucas, 18, confirmed to the JMH International Consortium of Journalists—which was present at the scene—that agents wearing green vests surrounded a car and pointed their weapons at the driver, who appeared to be heading directly toward them. "The vehicle started moving and tried to run over the ICE agent," Lucas said, adding that the agent fired about four shots in response.

El conductor solo fue identificado como un joven colombiano de 26 años.

La víctima tenía 26 años. Fue abordado esta mañana por agentes del Servicio de Inmigración y Control de Aduanas, en circunstancias que están siendo investigadas.

Un vecino confirmó los hechos:

Lucas de 18 años, confirmó al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH, presente en el lugar, que Agentes con chalecos verdes rodearon un automóvil y apuntaron sus armas al conductor, quien parecía dirigirse directamente hacia ellos. "El vehículo se puso en marcha e intentó atropellar al agente del ICE", dijo Lucas, añadiendo que el agente efectuó unos cuatro disparos en respuesta.
