Un juez ordena la detención de la actríz española Elisa Mouliaá.

El Juez Arturo Zamarriego ha ordenado detener a la actriz Elisa Mouliaá por no comparecer en sede judicial a la causa abierta por la querella que el exdiputado Íñigo Errejón presentó en su contra por Calumnias e Injurias. El titular del Juzgado de Instrucción Número 9 de Madrid explica que dicta la orden de detención para que Mouliaá comparezca en sede judicial para “ser oída en declaración en calidad de investigada”. Ya el pasado mayo, cuando fijó la citación del 15 de junio, el juez avisó a la actriz de que si no acudía al juzgado sería detenida por desobediencia.

La querella de Iñigo Errejón:

La Querella del exdiputado se basa en unos mensajes que publicó Mouliaá en sus redes sociales en los que sostenía que él había manipulado a unos testigos y antiguos amigos de ella para que testificaran a su favor en la causa por agresión sexual que inició la actríz y fue desestimada. 

El mensaje en cuestión, publicado por la actriz el 21 de junio de 2025, en la red social X decía que Errejón se había negado a entregar su móvil “porque había extorsionado” a dos de sus testigos. “No inventéis la realidad”, añadía. Errejón considera que en esa publicación se utilizaron “expresiones calumniosas” y se lo acusó “falsamente” de haber “extorsionado” a dos personas.

Judge Arturo Zamarriego has ordered the arrest of actress Elisa Mouliaá for failing to appear in court in the case opened by the lawsuit filed against her by former MP Íñigo Errejón for slander and libel.

The head of Madrid's Court of Instruction Number 9 explains that he issued the arrest warrant so that Mouliaá appears in court to "be heard in a statement as a person under investigation." Last May, when he set the summons for June 15, the judge warned the actress that if she did not appear in court, she would be arrested for disobedience.

Iñigo Errejón's lawsuit:

The former deputy's lawsuit is based on messages Mouliaá published on her social media accounts in which she claimed that he had manipulated witnesses and former friends of hers to testify in his favor in the sexual assault case initiated by the actress, which was later dismissed.

The message in question, published by the actress on June 21, 2025, on social media, stated that Errejón had refused to hand over his mobile phone "because he had extorted" two of her witnesses. "Don't invent reality," she added. Errejón believes that the publication used "slanderous expressions" and that he was "falsely" accused of having "extorted" two people.

マドリード、6月16日 – 国際ジャーナリスト連合（JMH） – アルトゥーロ・サマリエゴ判事は、女優のエリサ・ムリアに対し、元国会議員イニゴ・エレホンが名誉毀損で起こした訴訟に出廷しなかったため、逮捕状を発行した。

マドリード第9予審裁判所の所長であるサマリエゴ判事は、ムリアに対し「捜査対象者として陳述を行うため」に出廷するよう求めるため、逮捕状を発行したと説明した。判事は昨年5月、6月15日に出廷を命じた際、ムリアに対し、出廷しなければ不服従で逮捕すると警告していた。

イニゴ・エレホン氏の訴訟：元議員であるエレホン氏の訴訟は、女優ムリア氏が自身のソーシャルメディアアカウントに投稿したメッセージに基づいています。そのメッセージの中でムリア氏は、エレホン氏が、自身が起こした性的暴行事件（後に棄却）において、証人や元友人たちを操り、自分に有利な証言をさせたと主張していました。

問題のメッセージは、2025年6月21日にムリア氏がソーシャルメディアに投稿したもので、エレホン氏が2人の証人を「脅迫した」ため、携帯電話の提出を拒否したと述べていました。「事実を捏造しないで」と彼女は付け加えています。エレホン氏は、この投稿は「中傷的な表現」を用いており、2人を「脅迫した」という非難は「虚偽」であると主張しています。
