An argument ends in a crime in Texas. Two sisters arrested.

 🇺🇸 SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS — JUNE 28 — JMH International Journalists Consortium 🚨 Brutal crime shocks Texas. Two young sisters, Amaya Cookie (19) and Kitty Mia Diaz, were arrested recently, accused of the alleged machete killing of Caroline "Caro" Peña, a 32-year-old woman and mother of five.

The arrests were carried out by police officers in Del Rio, a city located near the U.S.-Mexico border. Kyandra Renee Faz (21) was also arrested during the same operation and faces charges related to the homicide. There appears to have been a prior altercation between the young women and the victim.

So far, the Del Rio Police Department has not publicly disclosed a motive for the crime. The investigation is ongoing.

Las detenciones fueron realizadas por agentes policiales en Del Rio, ciudad ubicada cerca de la frontera entre Estados Unidos y México. En el mismo operativo también fue arrestada Kyandra Renee Faz (21), quien enfrenta cargos relacionados con el homicidio.

Hasta el momento, el Departamento de Policía de Del Rio no ha informado públicamente cuál habría sido el móvil del crimen. La investigación continúa en curso. Habría una discusión previa de las jóvenes con la víctima.
