La Segunda Fiscalía Supraprovincial Especializada contra la Criminalidad Organizada de Perú detuvo a 25 presuntos terroristas integrantes de las redes criminales ‘Hijos de Dios’ y ‘Tren del Llano’, facciones vinculadas a la organización terrorista del ‘Tren de Aragua’ venezolano. The Second Specialized Supraprovincial Prosecutor's Office against Organized Crime in Peru arrested 25 suspected terrorists belonging to the criminal networks "Hijos de Dios" (Sons of God) and "Tren del Llano" (Train of the Plains), factions linked to the Venezuelan terrorist organization "Tren de Aragua" (Aragua Train).
El Tren de Aragua venezolano ha sido catalogado como Organización Terrorista por el Presidente de los Estados Unidos, Donald Trump con alcances legales en todo el mundo. Se trata de la organización terrorista más temible del planeta en este momento.
Las autoridades peruanas confirmaron al Consorcio Internacional de Periodistas JMH que entre los detenidos figuran los presuntos líderes de ambas agrupaciones, identificados como Glorimar Gómez y Hender Montilla.
El operativo permitió desarticular estas mafias que, según las investigaciones fiscales, operaban en el Perú desde junio de 2023 y contaban con una estructura jerárquica definida.
El Tren de Aragua imponía deudas y obligaba a explotación sexual:
De acuerdo con las indagaciones del Ministerio Público, las facciones criminales trasladaban a ciudadanas extranjeras, principalmente venezolanas y colombianas, hacia territorio peruano.
Una vez en el país, las víctimas eran instaladas en:
Hostales, discotecas y clubes nocturnos para ser explotadas sexualmente.
Según las investigaciones, las mujeres eran obligadas a pagar entre S/15,000 y S/20,000 cada día, (entre 4 y 5 mil dólares) bajo amenazas y coacción, por supuestos gastos de traslado, alimentación y permanencia.
Estas sumas debían ser canceladas mediante la prestación forzada de servicios sexuales, configurando presuntos delitos de trata de personas y explotación sexual.
El megaoperativo fue liderado por el Fiscal Provincial César Augusto Changa Echevarría, con la participación de más de 50 fiscales y un amplio contingente policial.
Las diligencias incluyeron el allanamiento simultáneo de 39 inmuebles en las siguientes regiones:
Ica, Tumbes, Junín, Cajamarca, Apurímac, Piura, Lambayeque y Amazonas.
Durante las intervenciones se incautaron documentos, dispositivos electrónicos y otros elementos clave que serán analizados como parte de la investigación.

Trata de personas
Explotación sexual
Extorsión
Homicidio
El Ministerio Público continuará con las diligencias para determinar el grado de participación de cada detenido y establecer posibles vínculos con otras organizaciones criminales.

The Second Specialized Supraprovincial Prosecutor's Office against Organized Crime in Peru arrested 25 suspected terrorists belonging to the criminal networks "Hijos de Dios" (Sons of God) and "Tren del Llano" (Train of the Plains), factions linked to the Venezuelan terrorist organization "Tren de Aragua" (Aragua Train). The Venezuelan Tren de Aragua has been designated a terrorist organization by U.S. President Donald Trump, with legal implications worldwide. It is currently considered the most feared terrorist organization on the planet.
Peruvian authorities confirmed to the JMH International Consortium of Journalists that among those arrested are the alleged leaders of both groups, identified as Glorimar Gómez and Hender Montilla.
The operation dismantled these criminal organizations, which, according to the Public Prosecutor's investigations, had been operating in Peru since June 2023 and had a defined hierarchical structure.
The Tren de Aragua gang imposed debts and forced women into sexual exploitation:
According to the Public Prosecutor's investigations, the criminal factions transported foreign women, mainly Venezuelan and Colombian, to Peruvian territory.
Once in the country, the victims were placed in:
Hostels, nightclubs, and bars to be sexually exploited.
According to the investigations, the women were forced to pay between S/15,000 and S/20,000 per day (between $4,000 and $5,000 USD) under threats and coercion, for supposed transportation, food, and lodging expenses.
These sums had to be repaid through the forced provision of sexual services, constituting alleged crimes of human trafficking and sexual exploitation. The massive operation was led by Provincial Prosecutor César Augusto Changa Echevarría, with the participation of more than 50 prosecutors and a large police contingent.
The operation included the simultaneous raid of 39 properties in the following regions: Ica, Tumbes, Junín, Cajamarca, Apurímac, Piura, Lambayeque, and Amazonas.
During the raids, documents, electronic devices, and other key items were seized and will be analyzed as part of the investigation.
The 25 detainees will face charges for serious crimes.
Authorities reported that the detainees will be investigated for the alleged commission of crimes such as: human trafficking, sexual exploitation, extortion, and homicide.
The Public Prosecutor's Office will continue its investigation to determine the degree of participation of each detainee and establish possible links to other criminal organizations.
