La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras confirma que luego de 32 años de desaparecida, encontraron con vida a Christina Marie Plante, de 45 años, según confirmó a BSF, la Oficina del Sheriff de la Ciudad de Globe, Gila, Arizona; que confirmó oficialmente su identidad sin revelar su paradero o qué fue de su vida durante estos años por respeto a su bienestar.

La desaparición de Christina:

Christina Marie Plante desapareció el 15 de mayo de 1994 en Payson, Arizona, con la promesa de regresar pronto. Tenía 13 años y caminaba hacia un establo cercano para ver a su caballo, pero nunca llegó a su destino. Durante las siguientes tres décadas, su nombre se convirtió en misterio y en desesperación para su familia, hasta el día de hoy, 3 de abril de 2026.

Trece años, ojos celestes y cabello rubio, vestida con una camiseta blanca y pantalones cortos de colores rojos, amarillos y azules, y zapatillas negras; eso era todo, con una foto de Christina. El caso fue guardado en la triste lista de los Cold Cases (casos sin resolución), por más de 30 años.

Christina's disappearance:

Christina Marie Plante disappeared on May 15, 1994, in Payson, Arizona, with the promise to return soon. She was 13 years old and was walking to a nearby stable to check on her horse, but she never arrived. For the next three decades, her name became a source of mystery and despair for her family, until today, April 3, 2026.

Christina's image everywhere:

Thirteen years old, blue eyes and blonde hair, dressed in a white t-shirt, red, yellow, and blue shorts, and black sneakers; that was it, along with a photo of Christina. The case remained on the sad list of cold cases for over 30 years.

Facial recognition technology played a role:

“This case underscores the importance of cold case review initiatives and the impact of constantly evolving technology in providing long-awaited answers to families and communities. The Sheriff’s Office expresses its gratitude to the investigators, analysts, collaborating agencies, and community members who helped keep this case active for decades,” they stated in an official press release obtained by the International Consortium of Journalists JMH.
