The Investigating Court, presided over by Judge Martín Sánchez Sarmiento, raided Leclercq's home in the Santa Bárbara gated community this Wednesday, where an iPhone and a tablet were seized and will be examined.
The other two defendants, Lanusse and Boveri, are not in custody but are prohibited from leaving the country. Furthermore, it was learned that she was charged in connection with the case investigating Zalazar's death from the consumption of Propofol and fentanyl, drugs stolen from the Hospital Italiano, in which Lanusse and Hernán Boveri are the main suspects.
Although the formal charges have not been made public, investigators maintain that she tampered with evidence by being in the victim's apartment shortly after his death. It was also revealed that in the days leading up to his death, the accused Leclercq spoke with Zalazar.
More to come.
