The World Organization Bullying Without Borders confirms a horrific bullying incident in Limpio, Central Department, Paraguay, where a 9-year-old boy, after getting up to pick up a piece of paper that had fallen, sat down on a pencil that had been placed point-first on the chair, causing it to pierce his buttocks and perforate his intestine.
The boy's mother, Felicita Ortiz, and the principal of the San Isidro Labrador School in Limpio, Antonia Barreto, confirmed the terrible ordeal suffered by nine-year-old A.E.
The San Isidro Labrador School in Limpio activated its protocol and transferred the boy first to the Limpio Hospital and then to a private clinic, where he underwent two emergency surgeries due to the severity of his injuries.
The boy remained hospitalized for six days, during which time the bleeding was controlled.
The perpetrator of the horrific bullying incident was a classmate whom the victim accuses of constant harassment.

La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras confirma un terrible episodio de bullying en Limpio, Departamento Central, Paraguay; cuando un niño de 9 años, luego de levantarse a tomar una hoja de papel que se había caído, se sentó sobre un lápiz que le habían colocado de punta en la silla, de tal modo que se le incrustó en el glúteo, perforándole el intestino.
La mamá del menor, Felicita Ortiz, y la directora de la escuela San Isidro Labrador de Limpio; Antonia Barreto, confirmaron el terrible momento sufrido por A.E. de nueve años.
La escuela San Isidro Labrador de Limpio, activó el protocolo y derivó al niño primeramente al Hospital de Limpio y luego a un sanatorio, donde fue sometido a dos cirugías de urgencia debido a la gravedad.
El niño permaneció 6 días internado en el centro asistencial donde se logró controlar la hemorragia.
El responsable del terrible episodio de bullying fue un compañerito a quien la víctima lo acusa de constantes hostigamientos.
