Según confirmaron fuentes de la Fiscalía de Lyon, a cargo de Maitre Thierry Dran, el estudiante de 23 años fue asesinado a golpes el jueves por al menos seis agresores, mientras participaba como voluntario para proteger a las activistas del colectivo feminista Némésis, quienes protestaban contra la aparición de la Eurodiputada Rima Hassan en el Instituto Sciences Po, de Lyon.

"Fue un ataque en jauría; Quentin sufrió un verdadero linchamiento. Seis hombres pegándole a un chico desmayado en el piso, mientras un séptimo miraba atentamente y no hacía nada para detenerlos. Los agresores enmascarados y encapuchados, lo que dificulta su identificación y revela porque aún no han sido detenidos; nos presentan un escenario de un homicidio agravado por tres razones:

- participación de un grupo violento 

- uso de un arma

- autores con el rostro oculto

Esta escena que parece salida de los peores momentos de violencia del siglo XX, ha ocurrido en Lyon, Francia en 2026. Por eso resulta menester encontrar a los culpables y llevarlos a juicio", dijo el Dr. Javier Miglino Helfenstein, Experto en Derechos Humanos y Protección de la Niñez.

Las sospechas:

Las sospechas recaen sobre el movimiento "Antifa". Los Ministros de Justicia de Francia, Gérald Darmanin y del Interior, Laurent Nunez; afirman que "claramente la extrema izquierda" mató al joven. 

Consultado por JMH, el magistrado de Lyon, a cargo de la causa, declinó hacer comentarios al respecto.

According to sources at the Lyon Prosecutor's Office, headed by Maitre Thierry Dran, the 23-year-old student was beaten to death on Thursday by at least six assailants while volunteering to protect activists from the feminist collective Némésis, who were protesting against the appearance of MEP Rima Hassan at the Sciences Po Institute in Lyon.

"It was a mob attack; Quentin suffered a true lynching. Six men beat a boy unconscious on the ground, while a seventh watched intently and did nothing to stop them. The attackers were masked and hooded, which makes their identification difficult and reveals why they have not yet been arrested; this presents us with a scenario of aggravated homicide for three reasons:

- participation of a violent group

- use of a weapon

- perpetrators with their faces covered. 

This scene, which seems straight out of the worst moments of violence of the 20th century, occurred in Lyon, France in 2026. That is why it is essential to find the culprits and bring them to justice," said Dr. Javier Miglino Helfenstein, an Expert in Human Rights and Child Protection.

The suspicions:

Suspicion has fallen on the "Antifa" movement. The French Ministers of Justice, Gérald Darmanin, and of the Interior, Laurent Nunez, assert that "clearly the extreme left" killed the young man.

When contacted by JMH, the Lyon magistrate in charge of the case declined to comment.
