Alex (13) asesinado en Sueca, Valencia. IN MEMORIAM

La Organización Mundial Bullying Sin Fronteras, a través de su Equipo Jurídico Internacional ha tenido acceso a parte de la declaración de Juan Francisco M.F., único detenido por el homicidio de Álex en Sueca, Valencia. Esta prueba judicial muestra la crudeza de un crimen que conmociona a España y Europa.

'Que hoy no venga nadie a casa, no estoy bien, le dijo Juan Francisco M. F., único detenido por el crimen de Álex en Sueca, Valencia, a su hijo el sábado 24 de enero. La declaración se dio previamente al arribo de su amigo Álex, de 13 años.

El 'Fortnite' como vínculo de amistad:

Álex fue al que sería su último destino con vida, inocente de toda violencia y de toda malignidad para instalar un programa de 'Fortnite' en la consola de juegos de su amigo. 

'Vayan a otro sitio':

Juan Francisco, detenido por el crimen, le ofreció diez euros a su hijo para que se fueran a otro lugar, según confirma el testimonio de su hijo de 13 años.

El bibliotecario que perdió la cabeza por la separación:

'Yo no soy así, al final tu madre ha conseguido que me vuelva loco', le dijo el detenido a su hijo tras asesinar de más de una decena de cuchilladas en el pecho a su amigo sin motivo alguno.

La causa del homicidio apunta a un crimen de género, relacionado con su ex pareja y madre de los dos hijos de ambos, de 13 y 7 años. 

El asesino habla de una 'guerra' con su ex mujer:

La palabra 'guerra' fue repetida por el detenido a lo largo de su declaración ante las preguntas del juez. Hacía alusión a los conflictos judiciales de ambos en cuanto a la tenencia de los niños, de la cual hubo una audiencia hace pocos días donde la madre renunció a la custodia, recayendo en Juan Francisco la responsabilidad por los menores. Sin embargo el detenido hizo saber al juez de la causa por homicidio que su ex mujer había obtenido un informe de los Servicios Sociales que lo perjudicaba, 'Cada paso de esta miniguerra me ha llevado aquí', añadió.

'Pobre niño', llegó a decir en la audiencia. No obstante, llegado el momento en el que tenía que detallar cómo asesinó al pequeño, el acusado se negó a hacerlo. Lo que sí explicó es el momento previo a esta explosión de violencia.

No hubo discusión entre los niños:

Álex, que había estado en casa de su amigo solo en contadas ocasiones, estaba jugando con su hijo en la habitación al 'Fortnite', mientras él estaba en el salón viendo el partido de fútbol entre el Valencia y el Espanyol. No hubo discusión alguna. El asesino confeso asegura que al ver pasar al niño por el pasillo de camino al baño, fue a la cocina, cogió un cuchillo y el resto su mente lo ha borrado.

Al escuchar los gritos de su amigo, el hijo del detenido acudió al baño y sorprendió a su padre 'golpeando el suelo' con un bate de béisbol (de ahí que dicha arma también fuera intervenida por los agentes de Criminalística y estuviera rota pese a no presentar golpes el cadáver del niño). El hijo incluso declaró que, por un momento, pensó que su padre estaba 'matando una rata'.

Cuando el chico levantó la vista, pudo ver el cuerpo de su amigo completamente ensangrentado y pensó que su padre también iba a matarlo y le suplicó que no le haga daño. Según el relato del niño, que declaró la misma noche de los hechos ante la Guardia Civil, su padre lo abrazó y fueron juntos a la cocina a beber un vaso con agua, y entonces responsabilizó de su conducta asesina a su ex mujer: '¿Ves lo que ha conseguido tu madre?'.

This judicial evidence reveals the brutality of a crime that has shocked Spain and Europe.

"Don't let anyone come to the house today, I'm not well," 

Juan Francisco M.F., the only person arrested for the murder of Álex in Sueca, Valencia, told his son on Saturday, January 24. The statement was given before the arrival of his 13-year-old friend, Álex.

'Fortnite' as a bond of friendship: 

Álex went to what would be his last destination alive, innocent of any violence or malice, to install a 'Fortnite' program on his friend's game console.

'Go somewhere else':

Juan Francisco, arrested for the crime, offered his son ten euros to go somewhere else, according to the testimony of his 13-year-old son.

The librarian who lost his mind over the separation:

'I'm not like this, in the end your mother has driven me crazy,' the arrested man told his son after murdering his friend with more than a dozen stab wounds to the chest for no apparent reason.

The homicide appears to be a gender-based crime, related to his ex-partner and the mother of their two children, ages 13 and 7.

The killer speaks of a 'war' with his ex-wife: 

The word 'war' was repeated by the detainee throughout his statement in response to the judge's questions. He was alluding to their legal disputes regarding child custody, for which there was a hearing a few days ago where the mother relinquished custody, leaving Juan Francisco with responsibility for the children. However, the detainee informed the judge in the homicide case that his ex-wife had obtained a report from Social Services that was detrimental to him. 'Every step of this mini-war has led me here,' he added.

The terrible sight Juan Francisco's son saw:

When the boy looked up, he saw his friend's body covered in blood and thought his father was going to kill him too, so he begged him not to hurt him.

'Poor child,' he even said during the hearing. However, when the time came to detail how he murdered the child, the accused refused to do so. What he did explain was the moment leading up to this outburst of violence.

There was no argument between the children: 

Alex, who had only been to his friend's house a few times, was playing 'Fortnite' with his son in the bedroom, while he was in the living room watching the Valencia vs. Espanyol football match. There was no argument whatsoever. The confessed killer claims that when he saw the boy walk past him in the hallway on his way to the bathroom, he went to the kitchen, grabbed a knife, and his memory of the rest is a blank.

Upon hearing his friend's screams, the detainee's son went to the bathroom and caught his father 'hitting the floor' with a baseball bat (which is why the weapon was also seized by forensic investigators and was broken, despite the boy's body showing no signs of injury). The son even stated that, for a moment, he thought his father was 'killing a rat'.

According to the boy's account, which he gave to the Civil Guard on the same night of the events, his father hugged him and they went together to the kitchen to drink a glass of water, and then he blamed his ex-wife for his murderous behavior: 'Do you see what your mother has achieved?'
