El ruso detenido en Bariloche:
"Hace unos días fue detenido en Bariloche, Konstantin Rudnev, un ruso que había condenado a once años de prisión en Siberia, acusado de violar a las seguidoras de su propia secta; Ashram Shamballa, fundada a fines de los años 80s en Novosibirsk. Rusia. Rudnev se hacía llamar a sí mismo el “Gran Shaman Shri Dzhnan Avatar Muni”. Decía que él mismo era un dios de la estrella Sirio, un alienígena de poderes místicos. Organizaba encuentros sexuales entre yoga y esoterismo; sus discípulas danzaban desnudas a su alrededor. Las estrategias seguían el manual de las organizaciones de este tipo: quiebres psicológicos, seguidores forzados a vender sus bienes y entregar el dinero. Ahora está detenido en Bariloche por trata de personas", dijo Miglino.
La causa por trata de personas en Argentina:
"La investigación la lleva el fiscal Fernando Arrigo, con asiento en Bariloche, donde hay otras trece personas detenidas. Rudnev, que llevaba su pasaporte con su nombre verdadero, fue arrestado el sábado 22 de este mes en el aeropuerto de Bariloche por la DUOF Bariloche de la Policía Federal junto a seis mujeres de su misma nacionalidad, mientras abordaban un vuelo que los llevaría a Buenos Aires y luego a Porto Alegre, Brasil. En paralelo, otros seis sospechosos fueron capturados en el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery por la PSA. Las mujeres que rodeaban a Rudnev, todas ellas rusas, se veían casi calvas, en un estado lamentable. Ninguna superaba los cuarenta años de edad", dijo Miglino.
"El fiscal Arrigo, junto a los auxiliares Gustavo Revora y Tomás Labal, presentará el caso ante el juez federal Gustavo Zapata, en el marco de la audiencia de formalización de la investigación penal, de carácter público, donde expondrá la teoría del caso de trata de personas en base a las pruebas disponibles", concluyó Miglino.
La secta de VILLA CRESPO: ESCUELA DE YOGA:
Hemos contribuído a la investigación de la Escuela de Yoga que alcanza a 17 imputados, entre ellos el líder de la organización, Juan Percowicz.
"Hubo factores de dominación de la organización hacia las mujeres involucradas, a través de falsas promesas, manipulación, imposición de castigos bajo eufemismos como ‘curas de sueño’ y otros. La causa investiga una asociación ilícita, lavado de activos y trata de personas.
Esta verdadera situación medieval, en pleno siglo XXI ocurrió aquí mismo en Buenos Aires, donde en la actualidad funcionan más de un centenar de grupos como este", dijo Javier Miglino, abogado representante de damnificados por sectas.
Las sectas del tipo 'BAGroup', 'Generación Zoe', etc. Han estafado a miles en Argentina. Las estafas piramidales o esquemas Ponzi no paran dejar damnificado, como el caso de Nestor de Gruttola en la ciudad de Mercedes, Provincia de Buenos Aires.
Para dar una idea, se calcula que las sectas facturan unos 600 millones de pesos cada mes. Dinero que le roban a sus seguidores y a las familias de estos, dinero que proviene de la trata de personas y la servidumbre, la prostitución forzada y el miedo.

"A few days ago, Konstantin Rudnev, a Russian man who had been sentenced to eleven years in prison in Siberia for raping female followers of his own sect, Ashram Shamballa, founded in the late 1980s in Novosibirsk, Russia, was arrested in Bariloche. Rudnev called himself the 'Great Shaman Shri Dzhnan Avatar Muni.' He claimed to be a god from the star Sirius, an alien with mystical powers.
